Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. By using truelo you agree to these terms.

The service

truelo connects to your Slack workspace and (optionally) GitHub and Jira to produce work summaries, dashboards and time-off management. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts and for the accuracy of the data you submit.

Accounts & access

Access is controlled by your workspace admins and the roles they assign. You must keep your credentials secure and use the service in line with your organization's policies and applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per active member above the included seats, monthly or annually, after any free trial. Fees are handled by our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing page, effective at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Data

Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Estimates, scores and AI-generated summaries are informational and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be communicated. You or we may terminate at any time; on termination your access ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
